Payment and terms
Services of $900 or less are paid 100% upfront. Services above $900 and all packages are paid 40% / 40% / 20%, each against its own invoice. Timelines assume your feedback within 2 business days at each review.
You choose and buy your own domain and hosting and give us access; we advise on the choice. Their fees are paid by you directly: a domain about $15-20 per year, hosting and a database $0-45 per month, AI model usage as used.

How we work
After the consultation, every package runs in three stages, each with its own invoice.

A 30-minute call. We go through your plan and recommend a package. The $50 is credited toward it.
- 2Agreement and requirements
We sign the agreement and confirm every screen and text with you. First invoice: 40%.
- 3Product delivered
You review the prototype, demo or platform and send your comments. Second invoice: 40%.
- 4Documents delivered
The technical description, pilot plan and, where included, the report are finalized. Final invoice: 20%.

How long does it take?
Start takes 2-3 weeks, Optimal 3-4 weeks and Maximum 5-6 weeks. The timeline assumes you send your feedback within 2 business days at each review.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer in US dollars, against invoices. Packages and services above $900 are paid in three parts: 40% at the start, 40% when the product is delivered and 20% when the documents are delivered. Services of $900 or less are paid upfront.
What happens at the $50 consultation?
A 30-minute call. We go through your business plan or idea and recommend a package and its price. If you then order, the $50 is credited toward your package.
Who owns the result?
Everything we create for your project, including screens, design, texts, documents and your data, is yours once the related stage is paid. We keep our own reusable components and templates and give you a permanent, free right to use, change and keep them as part of your product, including with another developer.
Do I need to buy a domain or hosting?
For a clickable prototype, no: we host the link for you for the period set in the agreement. For a live demo or an MVP, you choose and buy your own domain and hosting and give us access; we advise and set everything up. A domain costs about $15-20 per year, hosting and a database $0-45 per month.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Start includes 1 round of revisions, Optimal and Maximum include 2. Changes after delivery cost $75 per hour.
What is not included?
Purchase of domain and hosting, production launch, processing of real personal or patient data, compliance certification, app-store release and AI analysis used for medical decisions.
Do you give legal or medical advice?
No. LERO TECH is a technology company. Medical, legal and other professional content comes from you, and we implement it as provided.
